Overview

1. Adjustability - Increased Negative Camber

The factory LCAs (Lower control arms) are not adjustable leaving you with limited alignment options. Our LCAs are two pieces featuring an inner and an outer arm, connected by extended length studs which allows for the use of adjustment shims to dial in your target negative camber perfectly.

2. Improved Handling and Grip

Our LCAs allow your car to have a wider front track width, pair that with an increase in negative camber and you will notice a better "bite" during turn in, improved stability and higher cornering speeds.

3. Precision and "Feel"

Our LCAs feature upgraded components, so you don't have to worry about worn out rubber bushings. We use high-grade Teflon-coated spherical bearings. This removes the "slop" you get from the rubber variants and allows for much more precise steering feedback.

These LCAs also feature adjustable caster pucks so that you can correct caster (adjusting the wheel forward/backward within the wheel well) while adjusting camber.

4. Better Tire Wear

Dialing in your camber with our LCAs means more even tire wear. Our parts prevent the outer shoulder of your tire from wearing prematurely and ensures a more even distribution of heat and wear across the tread.

5. AWD Cars: Front Axle Spacer Kit

On AWD cars (996 Carrera 4/4S and Turbo), the wider front track can make the front driveshafts bind. Our 15 mm Front Axle Spacer Kit is available separately and is included, bagged with a "Do not install unless measured" card, in our AWD and Turbo/Turbo S setup packages. Before installing any parts, measure the axle-to-differential flange gap at stock ride height and alignment, then measure again after the alignment is finished. Install the spacers only if the measurement calls for them — the procedure is in our AWD Front Axle Spacer instructions. Installing them when they aren't needed can damage the driveshafts or differential.

When you'll need them: with less than 16 mm (5/8") of LCA shim per side, measure the axles as described above or call us before deciding. With more than 16 mm of shim per side, or if the car is lowered significantly, the spacers are typically needed, but still measure the axles and call us to confirm.
