991.1 GT3 Products

An easy way to free up some power in your 991.1 or 991.2 GT3. We recommend changing the airfilter when installing Dundon exhaust packages to reduce pumping losses and free up as much power as possible!

In conjunction with the Dundon Race Headers on the 991 GT3 the K&N air filters show about 8-9whp gain!

We found in our exhaust development and testing of the 991.2 GT3 and RS that they are intake limited both through the factory airfilter box and through the 82mm Throttle body. A bit of history. The Bosch 82mm Throttle body is the largest Bosch makes and was used as far back as the 996 GT3 which made 380hp. The Air filter box used on the 991.2 GT3 and the 991.2 GT3RS originally showed up on the 2013 991 Carrera S which makes 350hp. Your 991.2 GT3 is rated at 500hp, so you can see just from these numbers that the intake side of things is a constriction.  

In our testing we found the the stock airbox to be about a 0.2-0.3psi pressure loss and the 82mm throttle body to be about 0.3-0.4psi of pressure loss. Naturally aspirated engines make power from the force of the atmosphere pushing air into the engine, so every 0.1 psi helps! Our combo of 93mm Throttle Body and Dual Cone Airbox reduces the losses to under 0.1psi.

We tried both our airbox and the 991.2 GT3 Touring Airbox and found our airbox to only be slightly better but the Touring box is less expensive, so we decided to include the Touring airbox for the single opening decklid cars. (991.1 GT3, 911R and Touring)

The dive planes for the Porsche 991 GT3 and 991 GT3RS  were specifically designed to increase front-end downforce, increase the high-pressure airflow to the factory intake duct (GT3RS), and to keep drag increase minimal.   The units were designed in CAD using scan data and optimized using CFD.  These units are constructed from 1.5mm thick pre-preg, autoclaved cured, 2x2 twill carbon, with a gloss finish.

Most of us have experienced the many issues associated with both the stock Steel and Ti rear mufflers on our beloved 991.2 GT3RS. cracking, holes, not passing sound etc...  We've been reinforcing both the Steel and Ti versions for years after they crack and understand why they fail quite well.  We set out to fix the weakness of the OEM center muffler and include an option for those that want their car to pass the more and more prevalent dB restricted tracks without losing power.  We finalized the design and have tested at numerous tracks both for longevity and for dB reduction.

We're happy to announce our GT3RS Lifetime Center Muffler.  It's available in 2 "flavors" Quiet and Loud.  The Quiet is for those customers looking for no drone* while cruising and to quiet the car at full boogie to attenuate some of the dB levels on the track or on the street.  The Loud is the muffler for those looking for no drone* at cruise, but a pronounced bark when getting on it!

We've tested the Quiet on a 991 GT3s with side muffler deletes that was 104dB before the muffler and passing a 90dB day after .  We've tested on a stock 991 GT3RS and the car passed where it hadn't previously. And we tested on a 997.2 GT3 that had not passed at Laguna and passed a 90dB day.  We've recorded the Orange GT3 Center Muffler in our own testing at 10-12dB reduction over the OEM GT3 Muffler.  All of the testing was done on cars WITHOUT GPS Exhaust flap closing devices.

Direct replacement for your stock front upper strut mount. Machined from T6061 Aluminum and uses high-grade, teflon-lined spherical bearings and grade 10.9 pressed-in studs for easy install.

Adds approx. -1.3° to the front with minimal caster change.

1. Increased Negative Camber

Our LCA's are slightly longer, and feature high-grade, extended length studs. This design allows for a taller shim stack to achieve more negative camber than what is available from the factory Porsche part.

2. Improved Handling and Grip

Our LCAs allow your car to have a wider front track width, pair that with an increase in negative camber and you will notice a better "bite" during turn in, improved stability and higher cornering speeds.

3. Precision and "Feel"

Our LCAs feature upgraded bushing, no longer do you have to worry about worn out rubber bushings, we use high-grade Teflon-coated spherical bushings. This removes the "slop" you get from the rubber variants and allows for much more precise steering feedback.

These LCAs also feature adjustable caster pucks so that you can readjust your caster (adjusting the wheel forward/backward within the wheel well) while adjusting camber.

4. Better Tire Wear

Dialing in your camber with our LCAs means more even tire wear. Our parts prevent the outer shoulder of your tire from wearing prematurely and ensures a more even distribution of heat and wear across the tread.
